We want you to love your order from Bejeweled by Joelle. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:
Easy Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, just email us at hello@bejeweledbyjoelle.com with your order number.
Exchanges

Want a different style or color? No problem. We’re happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

If the item you’d like isn’t available, you can choose a refund or store credit instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

In these cases, return shipping is on us.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after your return is processed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items

Because each one is handmade with love, custom or personalized items are final sale.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.
