Refund policy

We want you to love your order from Bejeweled by Joelle. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Easy Returns

  • You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • To start a return, just email us at hello@bejeweledbyjoelle.com with your order number.

Exchanges

  • Want a different style or color? No problem. We’re happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

  • If the item you’d like isn’t available, you can choose a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If something arrives damaged or not quite right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

  • In these cases, return shipping is on us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after your return is processed.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Because each one is handmade with love, custom or personalized items are final sale.

  • Gift cards are also non-returnable.
