Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

  • Custom and made-to-order items may take longer.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via USPS by default.

  • At checkout, you may select alternative carriers or upgraded shipping options if available.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and delivery address.

Delivery Estimates

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • Other carriers: Times may vary depending on the option you select.

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If your package goes missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist if further information is needed.

International Shipping
